Digital Products

All products sold on EmbriBundle are digital files that are available for instant download upon purchase. As a result, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once the files have been downloaded.

Refunds

We offer refunds only under certain limited conditions:

  • Corrupted or Non-Functional Files: If you experience issues with your downloaded files that render them unusable (such as file corruption or format issues), please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue by either providing a corrected file or issuing a refund if the problem cannot be fixed.
  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchase the same design more than once, please reach out to us with proof of the duplicate transaction, and we will gladly refund the extra charge.

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of your purchase.

  • Incompatibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that their embroidery machine and software are compatible with our file formats. We provide clear information on file formats in our product descriptions.

File Format Support

We provide designs in widely used embroidery file formats, including PES, DST, JEF, and others. If you are unsure whether our files are compatible with your machine or need assistance, feel free to contact us before making a purchase.
